- No Cash on Delivery (COD).
- 100% advance payment is required to confirm all orders.
- Customized/Personalized orders require full advance payment before customization begins.
- Once an order is confirmed or customization has started, no cancellation or modification will be accepted.
- No return, exchange, or refund on any order.
- An unboxing video (without cuts or pauses) is mandatory to claim any damaged, defective, or missing item.
- Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.
- Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address, contact number, and customization details before placing the order.
- We are not responsible for courier delays, failed deliveries due to incorrect address/contact details, or delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
- If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to receive the delivery, reshipping charges must be paid by the customer.
- Product colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.
