  1. No Cash on Delivery (COD).
  2. 100% advance payment is required to confirm all orders.
  3. Customized/Personalized orders require full advance payment before customization begins.
  4. Once an order is confirmed or customization has started, no cancellation or modification will be accepted.
  5. No return, exchange, or refund on any order.
  6. An unboxing video (without cuts or pauses) is mandatory to claim any damaged, defective, or missing item.
  7. Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.
  8. Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  9. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address, contact number, and customization details before placing the order.
  10. We are not responsible for courier delays, failed deliveries due to incorrect address/contact details, or delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
  11. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to receive the delivery, reshipping charges must be paid by the customer.
  12. Product colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.
